Provide innovative leadership that allows organization to identify, understand and act on the issues that determine its ability to accomplish its mission. Participate in partnership with the Board of Directors in development and approval of organizational policies. Implement policy decisions of the Board of Directors. Oversee management of United Way’s human and financial resources. Represent United Way in interactions with the community. Maintain accountability for the overall operation and fiscal integrity of the organization within the policies set by the board of Directors.
Responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the Alexis de Tocqueville Society Program, Uwharrie Society Program, other major gifts (over $10,000), and Planned giving.
Produce and maintain social media content and to provide support for the office.
