Offers programs of food and clothing for the needy, fuel assistance in the winter, and disaster relief.
The center will be a comprehensive resource center for volunteers and programs that utilize the services of volunteers. The center will recruit and refer volunteers and help agencies effectively orient, train, retain, recognize and evaluate volunteers.
